Alexa Maelia began her career as a Residential Counselor at St. Anne Institute in Albany, NY, in 2013. She went on to obtain her MSW from the University at Albany, SUNY. She has worked in residential, crisis, and hospital settings. Since 2022, Alexa has been the Director of Residential Clinical Services at SAI. She enjoys cooking and playing with her two dogs, Murphy and Lincoln.
