Amy Previato grew up in Miami, FL and was raised by a Certified Nurse midwife and Professor who was a Fulbright Scholar. She has a Masters in Public Health, is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. During her career, she has developed worksite health promotion programing in various settings including health systems, universities and not for profits for over 20 years. She lives in Eastern Pennsylvania, enjoys hiking with her family, learning gardening from her Mother and sleeping well at night.
