Andrea Turnbull, LMHC, is TCI Program Manager and extension associate with the Residential Child Care Project within the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research at Cornell University. With over 25 years of experience working with young people and staff in out of home care settings, Ms. Turnbull provides training and technical assistance in a variety of residential, juvenile justice, foster, school and community programs across the United States, and internationally. She works closely with the RCCP team to support organizations with TCI implementation and fidelity.
