Andrew Catalano received a master’s degree in Sustainable Design in 2012. While earning this degree, Andrew worked as a childcare councilor and a crisis manager at Hillsides, a residential facility for children and youth. Andrew recognized the importance of this work and became a dedicated member of the organization. In 2016, Andrew joined Hillsides’ Trauma-Informed Care Committee, which focuses on improving the wellbeing and work experience of the organization’s employees. Today, Andrew is a Human Resources Manager at Hillsides, continuing to advance Trauma Informed Care within the organization.
