As the Curriculum and Training Manger at Board of Child Care (BCC), Dr. Anne Greenawalt ensures agency-wide development and support for training initiatives for 900+ staff that emphasizes BCC’s mission, vision, values, philosophy, and principles of practice. In this role, she manages the training records and learning management system for all staff in addition to managing a team of two full-time trainers and leading a team of 40+ on-call trainers. Prior to this role, she was a direct-care youth care worker in the independent living program for girls ages 16 to 21. Dr. Greenawalt has also taught and tutored traditional and nontraditional students in higher education for 10+ years.
