Carla Keyte is the Founder and Director of Lighthouse, bringing extensive operational and strategic experience across residential childcare, safeguarding, quality assurance and organisational leadership. Her previous roles include Registered Manager, Head of Care, and Head of Quality and Compliance for a large children’s home provider Through Lighthouse, she supports services to strengthen safeguarding cultures, governance, leadership and trauma-informed relational practice through sustainable whole-system development. Carla developed the Safe, Stable, Loving Homes™ Framework, grounded in the belief that quality must move beyond compliance and reflect what children actually experience.
