Carrie Carl, LCSW-R, has been promoting resilience in youth and families for over 20 years at Villa of Hope. She joined the field as a residential counselor and teacher assistant in 1994 and moved into Social Work in 1998. Ms. Carl’s subsequent experience includes: clinical administration, operational leadership of residential programs, and in recent years, strategic leadership of various programs and support departments. Presently, Ms. Carl supports agency-wide strategy work as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
