Caryn Lister is Director of the Center for Permanent Connections at The Home. She has an extensive history working in family and children’s services including child protection, residential, placement and therapeutic services. She has also taught, supervised interns, and served as a field placement specialist at the School of Social Work, Salem State University.
Caryn has presented on the topic of Permanency in Child Welfare for the Youth At Risk Conference in Massachusetts. She has presented and trained on the application of permanency best practices in her current role and in her previous role as a Clinical Manager with Plummer Youth Promise, Massachusetts.
