Cathy is a Permanency Social Worker in Plummer Youth Promise’s Independent Living Program – Pyramid. Cathy has worked with Plummer for going on 6 year starting in it’s group home. Before coming to Plummer Cathy held a variety of roles working with youth in social serviceand child welfare settings. However, her passion has always been working with older youth in foster care and was an early adopter in Plummer’s move to achieve greater permanency for the youth they serve. She understands the need for family never ends, regardless of age and goes above and beyond to get this done.
