Chiara Monti is a PhD student at the Department of Education Studies at the University of Bologna. Her research focuses on appropriateness of interventions for children in out-of-home care, co-design practices, and decision-making processes in child protection systems. She has professional experience in children’s homes and She has collaborated with the Municipality of Bologna (IT), the University of Sussex (UK). She is a member of the ACRC International Research Sub-Committee.
