Chris has worked closely with nonprofits since 1999. He has been helping employers navigate the legislative minefield of Employee Benefits with the mission of delivering increased coverage’s to employees while also finding creative ways to produce affordability and value to the organizations he represents. Employee retention and satisfaction play a major role in Chris’ efforts. In addition to his career, Chris is an experienced Board Member, currently serving with Summitview Child & Family Services in Placerville, CA. Ge is also an Advisory Board Member with Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente and Sun Life Financial. He continues to provide consultancy services to several organizations on the topics of development and budgeting. Chris has led Seminars and Workshops all over the country. His events are educational, effective and entertaining. Chris has been honored with awards at several of his events including the Nonprofit HR Conference in Washington DC and the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Chris enjoys free time with his wife Beth, their 7 kids and 4 grandkids; and is very active in his community as a Sunday School teacher and volunteer with the PTA. He also participates (when not injured) in many sporting activities including Beach Volleyball, Basketball, Softball Golf and Water Sports.
