Christopher Weinstein is a Program Manager at Bonnie Brae who has been working in the residential care profession for over 12 years. Chris is the current leader of Bonnie Brae’s recruitment team, and has been part of reducing open positions by over 50% over 4 months. Establishing and maintaining relationships with local colleges has been a key component in the success of the recruitment team. Chris holds an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University a BS in Psychology from Ramapo College of NJ. While not working together with the youth at Bonnie Brae, Chris can be found painting and playing tabletop games or playing bass.
