Christy Lunceford is a Master’s Level Social Worker who has dedicated her life to residential care for youth. She has worked in direct care, Program and Case Management, supported training and Human Resources departments, Admissions and is now the Children’s Services Administrator overseeing the residential campus, research of best practices, contracts, prudent parenting, advocacy and ethics. Christy is soon overseeing the agency’s first Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. She also has toured multiple facilities to seek best practices for Northwest Children’s Home. Christy also works as a part time therapist at a local private practice. Idaho Juvenile Justice Association and Idaho Health and Welfare have recognized Christy for her quality of service and dedication to service as well as being elected as Employee of the Quarter several times over her 20 years at the agency.
