Dawn Flegel has over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles within Ontario’s Children’s Aid Societies including front line and leadership. She has been the Executive Director at the Sarnia-Lambton Children’s Aid Society since 2012. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies. Dawn graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Social Work and from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Social Work. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and has co-authored several child welfare reports in Ontario.
