Donelle Hauser is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Lad Lake, Inc. located in Wisconsin serving over 1,000 youth and families each year through residential treatment, alternative education and community-based services. Donelle joined Lad Lake, Inc. in 2015 as Chief Program Officer, implementing best practices, building a team focused on continuous improvement, impact and authentic connections. Donelle currently serves on the Association of Children’s Residential and Community Services as Equity Committee Chair.
