Elisha Amos is a Senior Occupational Therapist who has worked clinically and systemically with children and adolescents in out of home care and community based mental health. Her focus is working with young people with complex and high needs using developmental, mental health and trauma lenses. She is currently employed at Elver, a State-wide Health team located within DCJ that works specifically with the most complex young people in OOHC in the state. Her work is quickly becoming well known for her understanding of the impact of developmental trauma and the need for innovative interventions at an individual and systemic level.
