Glen has been with Allambi Care for 14 years, working in frontline youth and disability work, after hours response team and currently with People Support and Culture (PSC). Glen has progressed through and managed different areas of the PSC team including rostering, performance management and recruitment. Glen holds qualifications in management and is motivated to help staff with opportunities for professional development, progression and improving culture.
