Hayley joined Children’s Social Care within the Department for Education last year, bringing with her extensive experience of reforms to major government policy, including welfare and immigration. Prior to joining Children’s Social Care, Hayley spent 3 years leading roll-out of reforms to post-16 technical education, building strong relationships across the sector. Hayley has close personal relationships with care-experienced people and social workers and is passionate about positively impacting the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged children.
