Jackie’s passion for working with vulnerable children and families began as a Patient Care Associate in the Pediatric Unit at Albany Medical Center in 2001. She has a range of professional experience, including; Direct Care, Case Management, Program Operations in Residential Child Care and Residential Social Work as well as Executive Management in child and family serving organizations. Jackie currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for St. Catherine’s Center for Children in upstate New York and has been a featured speaker, keynote, trainer and consultant on the impact of trauma on individuals, organizations and systems for 15 years.
