Jeannette Paules is a Program & Policy Analyst – Advanced within the Child Welfare Licensing Section at the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families. Jeannette began her career in child welfare by working direct care and case management in a congregate care setting before joining state service in 2013. In her current role specific focus is given to child welfare reform, compliance with the federal Family First Prevention Services Act, and implementation of safety science principles and other quality care initiatives in congregate care settings.
