Jeff is the founder of the Warwick House, an innovative, intensive family based residential model since 2002 dedicated to permanency and reunification; a blended child welfare and mental health model of treatment.
He has a PhD in Social Welfare: research in suicidal ideation in adolescents across in Hispanic, African American and White youth. Jeff also received a Certificate from the Family Institute of Philadelphia. His past experience includes being the Director of Family Therapy at the Renfrew Center, an Eating Disorders residential facility, as well as a Chief Social Worker in the Substance Abuse Unit at the Horsham Clinic, an acute hospital setting.
