Joe Ford has worked with youth in the Child Welfare system for a combined 33 years. He began as a Crisis Management Specialist working with youth for Pacific Clinics. Concurrently he began working at Five Acres where he served for 17 years as a Residential Treatment Child Care Worker & Crisis Intervention Specialists, Director of TBS, Aftercare, Grace Center (Domestic Violence Program), Multi-disciplinary Assessment Teams, Wraparound, and Residential Treatment & Residentially Based Services). In April 2012 he began working for Hathaway-Sycamores as the VP of RBS, RTC, FFA, NPS & Clinical.
