David Jon Jelley, Boys Town Vice President Youth Care Site Operations. Jon Jelley is the Vice President for Youth Care Site Operations at Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home (Boys Town), where he oversees eight Boys Town sites across the nation. Jon has served at Boys Town for over twenty years and has worked in various program roles across the organization, having started his career as a Family Teacher in Omaha in 1998. Jon has significant experience in the Boys Town model, continuously working to address significant trauma and behavioral issues of the children and families served. Jon’s most recent positions include the Executive Director of the Boys Town New York and Boys Town New England sites. Prior to his arrival at Boys Town, Jon was a police officer in the UK and brings a unique perspective because of this. Jon has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Youth and Family Services.
