Interim Chief Executive Officer Julie Noller has made a career at Heartspring as an advocate for its employees and the countless children it serves. After graduating from Southwestern College, she was compelled to work in the nonprofit sector, a desire that led her to start a career as a staff recruiter at Heartspring in 1999. After serving as a human resources director, Julie earned her executive master of business administration degree from Wichita State University in 2014, and shortly after, she became the division director of the Heartspring School. In 2018, Julie was promoted chief program officer to merge the school, pediatric services, autism services, and business office departments under a single program model and leadership structure. Currently, Julie spearheads the Heartspring mission as interim CEO.
