Katherine Tsai is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who focuses on the dissemination and implementation of culturally-sensitive, evidence-base processes/treatments within social service agencies. Currently, as the Director of Research and Clinical Training at Five Acres, she supports programs in adapting research-based processes to the complex needs of community-based populations by addressing factors at the policy, program, supervisor, and provider level. Through research and clinical training activities, she supports staff in formulating an evidence-informed approach to how they improve the quality and coordination of the care they provide.
