Kayla Herbell, PhD, RN is an Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University College of Nursing in the Martha S. Pitzer Center for Women, Children, and Youth. Dr. Herbell’s program of research is focused on designing and testing interventions that are informed by research, policy, and practice to equip caregivers with the necessary behavior management skills to facilitate a successful transition from the residential treatment facility to a lower level of care.
