Kelsey Lawson is the Chief Safety & Risk Officer at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. Prior to joining Devereux in 2022, Ms. Lawson served as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN. Hennepin Healthcare is a safety-net health system located in Minneapolis, MN. Kelsey has also held legal and compliance roles at Minnesota hospital systems, and she practiced health care law in Minneapolis. Kelsey graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School. She has a master’s degree in Health Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University.
