Laura Maggiulli, Ph.D., LMSW, serves as the Director of Research and Business Intelligence at Hillside, providing leadership for high-priority research and evaluation projects aligned with agency strategy and key areas of focus, such as high-impact interventions, evidence-based practices, implementation science, and behavioral health. Laura leads the Business Intelligence function that supports the agency in performance management and improvement efforts through the use of data, measures, analysis, and reporting. Laura has a BA in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo.
