Layne Wetherbee, LCSW is currently a social work doctoral student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and primarily practices full model Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents and Prolonged Exposure, with her clinical expertise in adolescents with high-risk behaviors and abuse histories. Her research interests include adapting evidence-based modalities for youth at the intersection of high-risk behaviors and childhood trauma, with a specific focus on child participation.
