Dr. Lia Martin is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Associate Director of Quality Management for JRI, where she is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a large behavioral and mental health outcomes database (CATS: Client Assessment Tracking System). Dr. Martin serves as the Lead Evaluator on the Building Resilience through Residential Communities initiative.
