Nash is a multi-faceted executive leader and strategist, who is passionate about working with people to achieve big wins over intractable problems. Her role with the Iowa Change Leadership Vision Council is to facilitate processes that help identify what’s possible, then support partnered work to manifest the vision. She is a consultant, coach and trainer with a track record of successfully collaborating on major initiatives and campaigns that make a difference for children, families and the leaders who work to build well-being. She has energized new levels of individual and organizational accomplishments, especially during periods of transformation and growth for national organizations like the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities and the United Way Worldwide. In Iowa and with other clients, she centers the work of dismantling racism and structural inequities. Her background in public policy and systems change work has focused largely in the early childhood and child welfare arenas.
