Natalie Gallardo is a Research Analyst at Sycamores a non-profit that provides mental health services to thousands of youth across Los Angeles County. She provides program evaluation to the Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), a program that provides youth-guided, family-driven, and permanency-focused therapeutic services so that youth can heal, recover and achieve permanency in their communities.
