Nikkia Burch is the (Former) Resident Director at Three Rivers Program, a Clinically Intensive Residential Treatment Program located in Springfield, Massachusetts (MA), and has worked at Three Rivers for 16 years. Three Rivers is a program of Cutchins Programs for Children and Families. Nikkia has a master’s in social work from Springfield College and a Post master’s Certification in Trauma-Informed Practices with Children and Adolescents from Springfield College. She is President of the Married Women’s Ministry at Deliverance Center Ministries in Springfield, MA. Nikkia is married with two children ages 12 and 9. Nikkia shares, “I work diligently every day with a diverse team dedicated to supporting and providing resources to children and families in diverse communities and I love what I do.”
