Rebecca has worked in the OOHC sector for over 15 years, with 11 of those years being at Allambi Care. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and has extensive experience in the sector, including the grass roots of youth work in residential homes, case work and case management roles in preservation, and youth offender programs. Rebecca currently leads Allambi Care’s Family Search and Engagement Team, a specialised service that works toward building free and forever networks for the children in Allambi’s care, with the goal to create pathways out of care and to have children return to their family, their kin, and their community.
