Rebecca Smith (she/her) is the Program Director of Waltham House, a group home specifically for LGBTQ+ youth, operated by the Home for Little Wanderers. She has managed residential care programs for child welfare involved youth for over 9 years and is passionate about supporting the needs of LGBTQ+ youth and families. She conducts training on work with LGBTQ+ youth both internally at the Home as well as to providers throughout the state.
