As Director of Operations, Shane oversees the day-to-day programmatic operations for Plummer’s residential, foster care and community-based programs. He is responsible for implementing the organization’s mission across all programs through the application of Plummer’s Intervention Model and outcomes measurement system. Shane is deeply committed to helping youth in the foster care system find permanent families and become intellectually, socially and emotionally prepared to transition to adulthood.
