Shane Murdoch, of Scottish and Norwegian decent, was born and raised as a Pakeha (European) New Zealander. Shane is a Director of TransformAction Outcomes Ltd, the company behind the development of the Outcomes That Matter web-based application. Early nursing training has helped to inform Shane’s orientation to senior management roles in out-of-home care for children and young people over the past 20 years. Shane is presently completing a Master of Science degree in Child and Youth Care at Strathclyde University, Scotland.
