Staci Mease is the Milieu Treatment Director at Orchard Place Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program in Des Moines, Iowa. Staci has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice as well as Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification. Staci has worked in the field helping young people since 2006. Prior to her supervisory experience she worked in residential care which included shelter care, treatment for youth with sexual behaviors and youth with mental health and substance abuse issues. Staci has also worked in the community as a tracker for youth within the juvenile justice system and then as a substance abuse counselor.
