Stacy began her career at Pillsbury United Communities in 2004 as a direct care professional working with adults with disabilities. In 2019, she started working in Human Resources and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in January, 2023. In this role, Stacy oversees all human resource administrative functions and also plays a vital role in building an organizational culture and leveraging human resources management best practices to successfully attract, engage, develop, and retain, top talent to advance Pillsbury United Communities’ mission. Stacy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Consumer Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato and earned her Master of Human Resources Management from Capella University in 2022. She has a husband, two children, and a dog, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and volunteering as a Girl Scout troop leader.
