Stephen Oby is an Assistant Professor in Salisbury University’s School of Social Work, within the College of Health and Human Services. This is Stephen’s first year at Salisbury, having completed his Ph.D. at the University at Albany in New York State in 2021. Stephen joins the faculty at Salisbury after 15 years in the helping professions, serving primarily children and families in areas of education, mental health, and addiction.
