In the corporate sector, Suellen had 15 years’ experience in a Fortune Global 500 company managing creative teams as an Operations Director, with a focus on process improvement, policy development, systems implementation, and performance measurement. Suellen now strives to bring private-sector processes, data analysis, and program evaluation methods to the child welfare world. Suellen is a graduate of George Washington University, and received an M.A. in Psychology from George Mason University, and a M.S.W. degree from Rhode Island College.
