Tara Paladino earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a second major in Human Development and Family Studies, a minor in Women’s Studies, and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of New Hampshire. Tara began her work in residential treatment in 2017, before moving into early childhood coalition building and macro social work. Tara returned to Dover Children’s Home in 2022 and feels strongly about supporting and developing direct care staff in order to improve quality of service and outcomes for residents and staff, along with increasing awareness and improving perception for residential treatment. Tara is an avid hiker, cat mom, and lover of Taylor Swift.
