Taylor Dowdy-Hazlett, MSW is a doctoral candidate at the College of Social Work at the Florida State University. Taylor has ten years of experience in practice and research in child welfare. Her research focuses on youth in out-of-home care and improving the foster care system. She serves as a research assistant in the development and validation of the QSA in Florida.
