Tineal has been working with Allambi Care for 14 years and is currently a Manager in the Fostering and Permanency team. Tineal has a Social Science Degree majoring in Human Services and Community Development. During her time at Allambi, she has predominantly worked in the Foster Care Department but also worked in residential care for 2 years. Tineal is passionate about working with Foster Carers and Families and particularly enjoys working in the space of Interim Orders and Restoration, supporting families to develop their relationships with their children and being a part of their lives, and bridging the gap between Carers and families and/or increasing the support networking for young people.
