Will Clawson is the Director of Program Development at Stevens Treatment Programs, where he has worked in multiple roles for over ten years. Will has extensive training and experience working with trauma-impacted youth, with specific expertise in working with youth with sexual behavior problems. In his role implementing quality improvement initiatives at Stevens, Will has been actively engaged in ensuring that Stevens is a safe and equitable environment for youth. In 2022, Will presented, “An Innovative Approach to Working with Youth with Sexual Behaviors,” at the ACRC conference.
