Proven Practices for Recruitment & Retention – Retention Strategy Short Course

A chronic challenge for residential service providers, ineffective recruitment and retention can have an out-sized impact on community organizations and the quality of care. But there are steps you can take, right now, to break the vicious cycle of turnover—a particularly pressing issue in today’s challenging market environment.

An Eight (8) –Session, Interactive Virtual Workshop Series

Take part in a learning cohort exploring the most important factors impacting turnover (money isn’t everything!) and tackling common challenges (high turnover in the first year… or in the first month?).

Interactive sessions will have participants learning hands-on, exploring evidence-based concepts, strategies and processes while actively contextualizing these concepts and strategies for their organizations. Dynamically, participants will learn and experiment with and from each other, via pragmatic activities and discussions addressing common challenges and strategies.

Any one of our sessions will be a comprehensive learning experience, but the whole program is also a complete three-month, eight-session short course. Participants who attend at least six of our eight sessions will be recognized and receive a certificate of completion!
