PLENARY: Connecting to Community – Impact Without Walls

Flexibility is often highlighted as a necessary quality of a healthy system of care. Building off of our keynote presentation and the deep wisdom we acknowledge in our field, here is our opportunity to highlight pioneering, innovative organizations who are carrying their expertise into schools, homes, and communities. Permeable ‘walls’ allow providers to engage with young people and their families in the least restrictive, most familiar environments. We will highlight successes in collaborative training centers, preventative stabilization services, and mental health access immersed in communities and grounded in caring for the whole child.
