Finding your Miracle Metric: What Do You Need to Measure to Eliminate Identity-Based Disparities?

Using data to eliminate identity-based disparities and improve outcomes for youth, we explore integral parts of residential services through a racial equity lens looking at demographics of employees and youth and comparing those in high-risk incidents. We review the process to eliminate identity-based gaps through data collection, assessment and action.
