About the Project

The group has grown from 8 members to 28 members from organizations across the country. Together, members have developed position papers, hosted national summits, and created resources to strengthen leadership pathways and improve outcomes for children, youth, families, and professionals in the field of health and human services.

Our work is guided by collaboration, learning, and shared commitment to ensuring all people have the opportunity to reach their highest potential.

The work of this group has been energized by several virtual summits and more recently, four in-person summits in the following cities:

  • Baltimore MD (April 2022)
  • Atlanta, GA (May 2023)
  • Phoenix AZ (May 2024)
  • Boston, MA (March 2025)
  • Chicago, IL (March 2026)
